Dear Families,

We would like to extend a warm welcome to families registering their child with us for the upcoming school year. We share in your excitement as we look forward to the newest members of our Jennie Elliott school community joining us in September.  

Please review this page carefully. Below you will find the links to information about how to register for grade's one though six with the Calgary Board of Education, and information about School Fees & Transportation. We also encourage you to check out the Back to School page that is updated in July each year.

There will be a New Family Information Session Night held on Feb 5, 2026 at 6pm in the school gymnasium. This meeting is an opportunity for parents/guardians to learn more about Jennie Elliott, and ask questions you may have about school or registering your child with us.  This meeting is intended for parents/guardians only.

Join us on April 30, 2026 for an Open House and tour of the school for new families with confirmed registrations. This will be held during the daytime, time is to be confirmed. An invitation will sent out to registered families.

When to Register for Grade 1-6

Registration for the 2025-26 school year opens Jan. 12, 2026.  See the bottom of this page for links to instructions about how to register.

Once your registration documents have been submitted through the process below, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive an email from the school to confirm receipt of your documents. Please note: registrations are not reviewed and processed until March.

The school is closed over the summer months, we look forward to meeting new students who wish to register at Jennie Elliott for the 2026-27 school year. Any registrations received after June 26, 2026, will be registered when the office re-opens after summer vacation.
