Hello Jennie Elliott families,

Our grade 4’s performed their final compilation at their Celebration of Learning yesterday after working on their storytelling residency these past few weeks. The school and gr 4 families were treated to a story about perseverance, resiliency and responsibility. Thank you grade 4’s for sharing your artistry and talents with us! One young student shared with me after the performance – “Ms. Tahmazian that was cool! Do we all get to use those circle things to tell stories now?”

Visiting Performances

We are excited to share two upcoming performances that will be visiting Jennie Elliott to entertain our students and staff. The Calgary Girls Choir will be performing on Friday, May 10 at 9:30am to share their incredible talents and maybe even inspire the musical gifts of our students. In addition, Evergreen Theatre will be presenting "Snow White and the Seven Regions" on June 11th at 1:30pm for our grade 2-5 students. The show is a fun-filled environmental musical adventure that introduces climate challenges across Canada’s physiographic regions.
